At this point in the cycle why would you bother upgrading to something lower than 5800x3D?

I get that it could be a budget thing, but at that point just save another couple months. Its a dead platform growth wise now so just get the best one or stand pat

Yeah, I really feel like quantity over quality is the way for ram. Much more improvement adding on GB than increasing speed
