If you do, are you just cool with your tits popping out? I know you can make every reasonable effort not to do that but it seems like turning too quickly, bumping into someone, or standing up quickly could be compromising

What you're saying doesn't even make sense. You can't manipulate a human body to remove organs, they actually would not fit inside that body. I know you watch porn, why have you never seen a porn where someone looked like that? When have you ever met a human with a skull that small? Clearly these are manipulated pictures, why would looking at more of them prove your point?
Please tell me you understand that humans don't look like that. She's clearly an attractive woman but her head is too small, her bra is several sizes too big (even before any photoshop) and even incredibly fit women don't add a foot of width between their abdomen and hips unless they're wearing a corset that constricts their breathing
