One thing to note is that Lemmy is growing so fast that you'll often find more than one community about the same topic, so don't be shy about subscribing to somewhat duplicative communities until one comes out on top.

I was apprehensive of moving over to Lemmy, but I'm starting to get the feel of the fediverse and finally made the switch over.
I think the community can grow over time. It honestly feels like early Reddit, I'm quite enjoying Lemmy!

Thanks for making this community. I'm using the Jerboa app and it's so smooth. Coming from RiF the experience has been exceptional, the only problem I've encountered on Jerboa is that it doesn't recognize Lemmy.world when I try to log in as it's an older version.
I'm looking forward to seeing how this community grows. Cheers :)
I was in the middle of switching over to Lemmy. Honestly I'm really enjoying it so far.
I tried to use the official reddit app and it was horrible. So I'm trying out Lemmy. The look and feel on Lemmy mobile app (Jerboa) is so similar to Reddit is Fun.
