It would indeed imply that which is why this vulnerability is also serious for single user contexts.

The vulnerability is caused by memory optimization features in Intel processors that unintentionally reveal internal hardware registers to software. This allows untrusted software to access data stored by other programs, which should not normally be accessible.

Random thought: What if Musk did that in an attempt to slow down competition whilst planning this company?

Seems like it's supposed to prevent sensitive data from leaking in the situation where the person is physically removed from the computer?

The advertising material seems to suggest that their target audience are journalists, travellers (with sensitive info?) and crypto traders. Honestly, don't think it'll be helpful to most people though.
