Wondering how to enhance application performance by allocating tasks exclusively to either P or E cores? Lately, I've been dealing with occasional stutters in my games, and after some deep-dive research, it seems that E cores, designed for background tasks, might be causing interference during gaming sessions.

I'm on the lookout for a specific software or settings menu that allows me to designate tasks, ensuring E cores handle background processes without disrupting the gaming experience on P cores. It's crucial for me to strike a balance, ensuring smooth gameplay while efficiently managing background tasks run by windows.

Or should I just disable E cores if there's no such software/settings for this? My typical usage involves either gaming or browsing while not gaming (Mostly gaming).

My 14600k with Deepcool 120 AIO runs Forspoken at the average of 92°C according to HWinfo. Ordered a Thermal right contact frame, should arrive next month. Let's see what difference it makes.
