Hey Jefe! Yes that's a really odd one. On puzzles where there is only one long word it, doesn't seem to be an issue, only when a second word is there! I've marked it high priority for a fix so hopefully won't be a problem in future puzzles. Nicely done on the solve!!

Cheers, sushigrass! Solid time. A 16-letter anagram is not easy!

Hey fugitive!

Thank you for taking the time to type that all out for me. Yes, absolutely, mobile definitely needs some work and that last letter bug I've made a priority to get fixed. I'll reply here when those get addressed! Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks, Walden! That's a solid time for a Friday puzzle and you had to navigate the scrappiness. Thanks for sticking with it on mobile! Monday is typically only a 3x3 grid and 9-letter anagram, so I suspect you might break sub 3 mins if you tackle that one next week!

Hey all! I've recently put my little word puzzles called Piñones up on a website and I post new puzzles on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (increasing in difficulty through the week). The site is definitely scrappy, and best viewed on desktop, but I'm still very excited.

It doesn't have a good onboarding flow at the moment so the instructions are:

  1. Use the clues to solve the grid. The direction of the words is determined by the placement of the numbers around the grid (some words are backwards).

  2. After you solve the grid, click the tab on the bottom to swap over to the anagram solve portion of the puzzle. All the letters in the solved grid are used to solve a final anagram, and the title is a clue to the answer.

Hope you enjoy, and, if permitted, I'll post my puzzles here every Monday/Wednesday/Friday :)

Cheers!

Thanks!

And yes, social sharing is definitely on the map for when mobile is working better and there are a few more quality of life changes for word entry. I'll check out the daily games and post a few there, thanks for the suggestion!

Hey all!

I've been making my little word puzzles for years now and have finally gotten them on an alpha web app (very much best viewed on desktop right now)

Effectively, they're miniature crosswords, but after you solve the grid, you take all the letters in the grid and rearrange them to solve a final word or phrase (second button on bottom).

It's a little rough at the moment, but steadily being worked on and would love more feedback if anyone wants to give it a try. I post a new puzzle Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

Thanks for your thoughts! I'll see what I'm able to do re: editing, but I agree with would be ideal to highlight the tiles I'm talking about to cut down my explanations - makes a lot of sense.

Also love the idea of a notes app to track things, that's a great suggestion!

Appreciate you taking the time to watch even a bit and type a reply!

Thanks for the comment!! Appreciate you watching even a bit of it. My capacity for editing is a bit limited, however, I definitely agree that I should pick the main things that I want to talk about beforehand so that there is a bit more structure, instead of me trying to remember things in the moment (could not for the life of me remember the Fetid Rat..). Appreciate that advice!

Hey all! I've really wanted to make some beginner video guides for people for a long time and here is my first attempt. I'm no YouTuber, but would love feedback to get them up to at least a helpful enough standard and worthwhile to watch :)
