He's a top player, he was dominating in the CL knockout stages with Villarreal

What a huge overreaction

A bit much considering Bielsa has only been there a short period, before that Uruguay hadn't been good in years

It's like you can't read and are arguing against thin air

Amazing first half can't believe it is still 0-0. The fact that there was no stoppage time shows just how open and free flowing it has been. Almost no interruptions and both teams are restarting play quickly

I expected Girona to play well but Athletic have been superb so far aswell. And had the two clearest chances with De Marcos miss and Paredes free header

I wonder if people still live in 2010 or something thinking Mourinho would be some great coach for Brazil

People have been saying that for a decade. It should have happened by now

Hey, that is Luis Garcia Plaza's massive Alaves to you ;)

Sweden always gave Spain tough games in recent years: 5 matches, 2 Spain wins, 1 Sweden win and 2 draws.

Sad to see how their form has dropped off a cliff since. And RIP the victims of course

How good is Joao Mario? Every time I watch Porto in the CL he looks impressive but I don't see most matches

Roger Schmidt survives by the skin of his teeth, but honestly Benfica looked just as clueless as usual. Not once did they look capable of scoring against 10 men until the Neves equaliser

This might hurt them more than it helps them in the long run with Schmidt getting more time

Disappointing result for both teams, for Sevilla because we needed the win here and for Betis because they were the better team and had some pretty shocking misses. We were awful in the first half, improved second half but still I doubt we would have scored without Rakitic's screamer

Diego Alonso on thin ice already with the stadium booing his substitutions, after two promising performances against Madrid and Arsenal at home we have now had 4 poor performances since. I don't get why he played Oliver Torres on the wing or why he didn't put some more creativity in midfield earlier. Suso could have been subbed on for Sow and played in the middle instead of taking Ocampos position
