Im running jellyfin and pihole on a 4gb and have not encountered any issues. 8gb should be more than enough

Recently was looking for a new position and used a mix of Glassdoor, Linkedin, Jobstreet and Google. I have also seen several startups using Wellfound as their platform for posting job roles, so that might be an angle.
