So disheartening that even on a smaller community with a supposedly mature userbase there are still people that think it's normal to leave comments like this. The number of upvotes you received does not inspire confidence in the fediverse community to be any better than Reddit.

This is a group of like-minded, technology-affluent users that most likely have a higher average age than Reddit.
