Would be pretty shitty if they artificially didnt worked. It think it's still an headphones that can be used even without the, I'm guessing, nice intégration with Samsung phone.

Disclaimer: I've never owned Samsung buds.

In case of politicians, they represent the interest of the people, as the people elects them. If suddenly everyone went off grid to force change they would feel more inclined to make changes in this direction.

Of course they would lag a bit behind so you would see it immediately but they notice the trends.

If suddenly the issue that would sway swing state was climate change (because everyone suddenly show they care in their consumption habits), every politician would promise greener policies.

I agree that this choice implies that one is free to take the greener products, while in reality only the richest are free to choose.

You always see this opinion on reddit and lemmy that corporate greed is the root of all evil in a vacuum.

It feels good cause it removes any guilt from the individual, but at the end of the day corporation provides good and service to the society. If people stopped using AI, eating meat, wanting SUV etc, corporation would turn to others products.

Good to know, thanks!

The "repeat" option that activates itself is probably the most frustrating bug. I can't recall the last time I legitimately wanted to listen to a song on repeat but it enable itself very often.

If I could simply remove the feature I would.

I opened the app without thinking right now, and to my surprise it's working.

I mod an empty subreddit, which made it work before. It didn't load yesterday, and tonight it does without any changes on my side.

I was almost happy to get rid of reddit, but it's seems it is not for today.

I have a friend that bought a lenovo laptop from the official website recently.

Laptop froze everytime the charging cable was plugged. After trying different things and contacting the support it went back for maintenance.

When it came back, there is still an issue where it won't boot. Again we have to send it back to repair..

Each repair trip takes at least 15 days.

I'm disappointed as I was the one who recommended the laptop.

I agree that being critical is easy and I should be "the change I want to see in the world".

Thanks for creating Lemmy content in good faith.

This was an engagement bait question on Reddit that was frequently posted. It seems so far Lemmy is overwhelmingly in favor just like reddit probably as the population is not old (I'm not either).

I don't know how I feel about it as the constant repost and bait question were something I disliked on Reddit.

I think it originally comes from a native American saying.

Goodbye - Night Ranger?

Hello,

I've been using boost for Reddit for years and I am now using boost for lemmy.

I'm very happy so far, there is just one thing I haven't found a way to do : browse the communities on a lemmy instance. Let's say I want to discover every community on lemm.ee, how would I do using the boost app?

Ideally I'd like to be able click the @instance part in community@instance to browse the instance.

Thanks you all
