Try to increase voltage. Also i dont know why but i also had to remove my second SSD. After that it was stable at 1.5v with 1 SSD

I was running 7200mhz RAM with my 13600kf and now with 14700k. It was only a problem in the beginning because my RAM kit was not supported by my Mobo. After BIOS update everything is fine without any issue. I have Asrock z790 pg riptide

No no i have Asrock Z790. So i tried it in xtu and now in BIOS And i found out that i can hit this without any voltage increase so Its pretty impressive

 

If anyone interested here are my cinebench results from my 14700k overclocking. E cores havent been OCed at all for now only P cores. I have managed to get them all to 5.8ghz and 2 cores to 6ghz at 1.37v adaptive.
