I'm having massive issues with my 13900k. After reading about so many issues with it, I contacted Intel support. They had me check a few things to get the CPU stable. It worked, but the performance was reduced big time.
I'd bet if you turn off Turbo Boost that your machine will be rock solid but severely limited.
I'm currently going through the support tests they asked for, but I'd suggest contacting them. They have been helpful so far...
