Not a huge difference in price. Get the 13900k. Anything more than £100 then get the 14700k.

Theoretically you can.
But you open many cans of worms for issues to occur, worst part is that you won't know where to look for them.
New system, new install.
Yes Gelsinger personally went to the process lab and licked these 14900ks before telling them to pack it up.
It's got the best up-bin.
You're not missing anything. It's a silly CPU.
