My Profile seems to be half deleted after hack in c/[email protected]

Same thing is happening to me I can’t do anything with third party apps with my lemmy.world account I’ve deleted accounts re-added everything. Last resort is I created an account on another instance and here I am posting

e: I’ve also cleared cache from the app. I’m on iOS
