I dont understand how this is even an argument dude, bethesda has the worst reputation for this stuff. Literally every game they have released has been buggy as shit with terrible performance, but for some reason people just handwave it and say "its a bethesda game" when did they get so brainwashed, why is it acceptable for them??

I dont know, but i would probably say yes. I only started working with them ~3 years ago. My big issue with them is that they seem to have no idea what they want or what theyre doing. Constantly changing plans, requirements, shipment dates, shipment locations, color specs, etc. All of their engineers ive talked to are super young, they must be new hires. But such overarching disorganization must come from the top.

Only the cybertruck I think, but in the end neither will be able to so it doesnt matter. I work with tesla and will never even consider buying one, even apart from all the stuff muskrat is doing.

I think most of it is chronically online 17 year olds that have had their brains so borked by the american two party system and political climate being so volitile. They've grown up in a world where its us vs them, im always right you're always wrong, I can do no wrong and you can do no good, etc. So when they learn that the USA kinda (really) sucks, it fucks with their head and they start thinking "the other side" is right.

Yes, the USA government is grossly corrupt by corporate money and the media is compliant, has taken part in imperialist conquest, and has lied about its own history. But that does not make Russia/China ANY BETTER.

I would rather live in the USA than Russia/China in a heartbeat, even with USA's problems (there are a lot) because at least I can say "Fuck the usa, death to America" without being erased from the timeline by secret police.

Thinking these would only be blockchain issues is naive or dishonest. People sign weird contracts all the time (have you ever read a EULA that you've agreed to? Those things are wild), people are falling for nigerian prince schemes RIGHT NOW in the year of our lord 2023, and modern day identity theft is stealing homes without the blockchain. Having an immutable ledger would help rewind things when they go wrong if anything.

Digital proof of ownership. I dont think you realise how important that could be. Right now NFTs are AI generated PNGs, but if it has its chance it could be fully functional digital paperwork. It doesnt matter if someone can right click save the deed to a house if we know which ones the "real" one. Only one example. And sure the tech has been around for ~10 years but we both know its REALLY been around for ~4. Maybe its going to stay as one big ball of "potential" forever, which seems more and more likely by the day. In a few years time if nothing comes of blockchain tech except more headlines of idiots losing money ill be ready to sign the whole thing off.

The thing is that blockchain technology is actually pretty impressive and has potential to change society. Prove-able digital ownership is massive, but what it is currently used for is literally just a scam. Crypto is too volitile to use as a currency, NFTs are AI generated slop (even though the term NFT should be used in a wider context) and blockchain apps and the general environment are in its infancy, being generous. Until more developments it is either a scam, or a lottery.

Im certain they will too. I exclusively used RiF and old.reddit for around 10 years (i guess before it was old reddit). I had no idea there were avatars for the longest time. All its gonna take is one or two more features before they say we "cant engage with the fun of reddit enough" and they drop old reddit.
