In a democratic society everything is political. What beer you drank at lunch is a political question. The Supreme Court is and has always been a political institution whether we or they claim it is or isn't.

This brings up a good point actually. How are we feeling about Depp's Willy Wonka almost 20 years later? People hated it when it first came out but I've heard more positive things in recent years. Allegedly it's actually closer to the books than the Wilder version. But I've never read the book.
