What makes you say that? His enthusiasm is hardly suspicious, even though his usual territory is gaming. These are very powerful CPUs, unrivalled even, if expensive.

This is good for AMD and Samsung. AMD can move from relying on one sole foundry and probably a sign that Samsung's 4nm node can play an important role in Zen5c and other products. Hopefully these Samsung components are still competitive efficiency and performance wise. You would imagine AMD are sufficiently pleased that this will be the case.
Threadripper Pro 7000 supports 128 PCIE5 lanes. I haven't seen anything that says this Dell platform has anything less.
I'm not even sure these are close to being released. Very little info about WRX90 boards from any manufacturers.
