Well damn.... If I wasn't 3000 miles away, I'd say I want it! Lol. Thing's a beaut!

Love the review! I agree with you on all points except the opening / closing. I've got an AD-15 Lite and have no issues with one-handed operation. I'm out of town but can post a vid tomorrow when I'm home if you like. A kydex sheath is definitely a good idea for this pocket brick lol

Doesn't "bug" refer to the order Hemiptera in entomology?

Not just one of the troops, he was the one laughing his ass off lol

Um... Let's take a quick look at the American military's track record real quick... They tend to lose when fighting a decentralized, insurgent force (VC, Taliban) which is exactly what the citizenry of the US would turn into if the government turned on the population. Not to mention, a ton of military personnel would hold the same values of said insurgency, meaning that, at best, some would think twice before attacking, and at worst they'll defect, bringing millions worth of fancy kit to the other side. I don't have a dog in this race (not American) but I think it's ridiculous to underestimate the capabilities of an angry populace.

If OP isn't American, school shootings probably aren't something to even consider... My thoughts go towards being treated poorly by educators more than anything. Bullying from other kids can suck, but in my anecdotal experience (outside the US) the lasting and impactful traumas stem from how teachers and staff deal with the kids.

Why is that? You obviously have already made up your mind on the subject, seeing other answers. Were you simply seeking validation? I don't take problem with that, but don't outright reject the people who are providing genuine responses to your query. Given this is a largely anonymous platform, we have no context on what you actually look like, and you may very well be ugly enough that it has as big of an impact as you indicate it does. The advice being posted is valid for 99.9% of people, but you have to understand that we don't know what you're working with. On top of that, most of what is being said is also just good life advice to follow in general, even if it doesn't get you a partner.

Why would you ask a question if you already know the "correct answer"?

I miss my '87 yota... 2WD long box, 5 speed hooked up to a 22r. Hands down the best $400 I ever spent honestly. It was fully painted in bed liner and had two different side mirrors, one of which disappeared while parked at a friend's house over night, and a rusting box patched with spray foam (which always had moss growing out of it, no matter how much I cleaned or cut away). Sad times:

Hello, this is Ian McCollum of Forgotten Weapons and today we are looking at a pair of kalashnikovs made famous in this photo of the Second American Civil War.

Unfortunately, yes

Yeah, my GF and I were born in 96 but both in fairly rural areas so our experience aligns more with being millennial. I think it depends a lot on the context of your personal upbringing, but I definitely agree with your sentiment.
