Every few generations. My last CPU was an i9 9900k, current one is an i9 13900k.

Something like an i5 12400 will be a massive upgrade. You'll obviously have to upgrade your motherboard and RAM.

It's the same as MW2, so nothing new. They just didn't bother optimizing the Nvidia side.
