Reddit has r/technope, which is made for these types of small stuff in software and programs that don't necessarily qualify as software gore. I think it'll not have very much recognition here though (it's already small in Reddit). I don't remove most posts like these even though they aren't necessarily software gore.

But that just requires more effort and more work for the moderators. It's better to stick with other platforms that already specialise in image hosting who will moderate their content themselves too.

I'm on realme UI, which is very similaer to Oxygen OS (both are based on ColorOS). I can turn off "Visible to other devices" by going to Settings > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Three dot menu in top right > More Settings.
I don't know what it is with people making tables out of the most random stuff, and sometimes even selling them
