Honestly, just taking a break from social media all together. Reddit was my main source of "media" for the past 7 years. I joined Lemmy to hopefully be a replacement. But it's nice to just have a cleansing every once in a while :)

Yes I am a little sad. I just deleted my account(s) this morning. 7 years on Reddit, and it was my go-to platform. But it is clear that Reddit does not care about its users, so I won't be using Reddit anymore

First year is when they nab you. My first year I had ONE textbook cost over $200 by itself. I probably spend over $1000 my first year on textbooks. 2nd year I refused to buy a single one, and pirated them all
