Wow, thanks for sharing your experience! Someone I'm very close with has OCD, and she also recently explained it to me in a way that really made me (a non-haver of OCD) understand how she experienced it, and this helped me understand it better, too. Thanks, and hope you're doing better now!

OCD can be a debilitating disease - Really glad to hear that he seems to have a handle on it!

I'm pretty sure Toronto is indeed in North America!

Very fun matchup to feed the rivalry for sure!

One variant of this I encounter is driving in the rain. I moved to SoCal from NY, and everyone here freaks out when it so much as drizzles, and there is always insane traffic due to accidents upon any precipitation...

I agree to be honest. But how cool would it be if he fled Russia over this??

Glad to hear it!! They are starting to talk about putting a new album out soon, too!

Not sure if this is a trope per se, but I love when sounds don't sound "perfect" - the producer kept in a little vocal waver, or the snare isn't hit with the exact same intensity every time. The little imperfections make it feel/sound like real humans are playing the music!

I wish they would do a whole album of Avenged Flamingofold!
