They've gotten pretty expensive where I'm from as well, but rolling tobacco is still cheap enough to be affordable even for the poorest of people. Weirdly enough however, it's not that popular.
A year and a half since my last cigarette and I still crave for it.
Too bad I've quit smoking. That certainly did not help...
