Get 7200 cl34. Worst case if its not stable just change the frequency and primary timings

It wont break it just might not boot going too high. Without tweaking just enabling xmp youd be safe with 6400 cl32. If you are willing to tweak a bit, do 6800cl34 or 7200 cl34.
