Great 90,000th or so on the waiting list.
This reads like a hit-piece.
It's not so much that eating disorders increase but rater it was under-diagnosed and under-recognised. And particularly in boys and men.
If you or know someone who may or has an eating disorder check out bodywhys.ie. There is no shame having one and no shame seeing help.
You could have opened a UTF-8 character encoded text as ASCII. That would explain why there is "gibberish".
