I only read the headline and not the article, so I'm not sure if this was mentioned. Would the main cause be from melanoma caused by UV? Melanoma rates in Australia went through the roof when we had that big ozone hole above our country.

Definitely. I'm an electrician, so my eyes are usually drawn to these type of things. Light fittings, outlets, switches, etc.

Tell that to the bar I was at last night in Palermo. They had a string of festoon lights going down the laneway and every one of them was incandescent. I noticed the same in Taormina. In fact, Italy seems pretty far behind the rest of the EU when it comes to environmental concerns.....but that's for another thread.

Would you buy it again? What are the flaws and would someone that has never used induction be bothered by them?

I have no idea if this is true, but apparently the IKEA induction cooktops are very good bang for buck and might be made by Bosch. I am thinking of switching everything to electric, especially now that I have solar, so I'll be looking into this claim in the next few weeks.

It was a compliancy car. They only made it to bring down the c02 of their fleet so that they could sell cars in certain regions.
