If youre looking for software with GUI, EAC is considered Gold Standard but not available for Linux. I can recommend FRE:AC though, works very well!

I dont think this exists. Maybe you can use an existing server and player and automate it with home assistant

All home media servers i know seperate the actual streaming part and the media acquisition part.

Probably because many people acquire the media in a non-legal way. And the media servers themselves are perfectly legal on its own and want to stay clear of the association with piracy that the acquisition part brings with it.

Personally, im fine with this choice. Im only offering my Jellyfin setup to close friends. If they feel there is some content missing they can just write to me on whatsapp or something and i put it on my acquisition list.
