I want to get a 12600k. But im going to be using a b760. And i saw that it can't overclock. So should i just buy a 12400 instead? I want to use it for editing, gaming and recording. I'm pairing it with a rtx 4070.

I want to get into video editing and record gameplay. So which of these gpu+cpu combo is the best. And should I get nvidia instead amd because they are better in recording. I already have a H510 M-A pro motherboard so I don’t need to buy a new motherboard when buying 10th or 11th gen. Here are the combo’s:
