I love the idea of freezing the potatoes and adding the dairy later! Instant Pot is great for mashed potatoes. It steams them nice and relatively quickly and then I use a ricer to break them down.

For some reason, I'm continually surprised how blatantly these Republicans abandon any pretence of intellectual honesty, fidelity to American values, and not being an obvious hyper partisan piece of shit. I know I should be used to it by now but it still angers me every time.
