This sure seems like a valuable use of the courts' time

The man with the gun shoots the gun.

The man without a gun finds a gun.

I had to put a capo on green in order to beat Through the Fire and Flames.

The intro is the hardest part, after that you can ditch it. But like.. it's a valid strategy

We use electrical tape to cover up as many of those LEDs as we can. The blue is so frickin' annoying.

I once had a charging cable that had the blue LED on it. The cable! They're everywhere!

"Good idea, what's writing?"

"I don't know"

"Me neither"

The teacher believes he is being discriminated against because the state won't allow him to discriminate against society's most vulnerable members, who happen to be in his care.

You can't make this stuff up.

I think The Simpsons, more than any other show, taught me that horror could be fun.

I love Treehouse of Horror, but I could never tell you which shorts belong to which season, apart from like, the first one.

Huh, is Everett American? I don't know why, but I assumed he was English for some reason

I really enjoyed Titane. Like, there's so many twists and so many WTF moments.

'Chapters' is a good way to put it. Like, there'd be this huge tonal shift out of nowhere. Like, first you might think the movie is about trauma, then you might think it's about a femme fatale killer, then suddenly it's body horror. They did a really good job showing gender dysphoria, gay panic, and creepy incestous undertones.

It's one of those movies that you just have to see, but you don't exactly want to recommend to people lol

I try to approach life with a goal of making someone else's life a little easier each day.

I'm not always able to make myself feel better, but if I can make someone else feel better, well, that makes me feel a little better.

And like, obviously you shouldn't burn yourself to keep others warm. But building a fire for others can give you a chance to take part in the warmth yourself.

If you're overly critical of what clothing people wear, does that make you a fash-ist?

Ferris Wheel (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

This is a wooden model which I painted for funsies. The wheel actually spins!

I made this dumb little game and I want to show it off.

You're shown a colour and you have to try to guess the hexadecimal code for it. It's a game for designers, web developers, logic problem enthusiasts, and nerdy people who like hex codes.

You can play it free in browser or download a DRM-free version to own forever. Have fun!

I've been working on this game in my free time, and I'd love to hear what you think. This is my first release in Godot, and I have to say I learned quite a lot about how the engine works even if it is very UI-centric.

Hex-A-Guess is a colour guessing game for graphic designers, web developers, and nerds who like hexadecimal numbers. Can you guess one of sixteen million colours in only five attempts?

You can play it free in browser, or download it DRM-free and own it forever at no cost.
