I’m kinda confused on why this button is helpful. If you open the camera app on iOS, hitting either volume button will take a picture.

Or they could not be. Which seems like the more likely case given the current state of self-driving cars that cannot even safely drive down a pre-planned underground tunnel without a driver. (The Tesla tunnel)

Yeah, with the Intel 13th and 14th gen issues, it really shouldn't be recommending them as much. I think part of the issue is they only have one CPU vendor per tier. If they improved that, it would probably fix the issue. That said, if we are going purely off price/power, I'm not convinced their choices are bad.

For a beginner though, I really don't like just shoving them at PC Part Picker. It's too easy to get overwhelmed with choices.

While this is certainly in self-build territory, Logical Increments does a real good job giving balanced builds for various price points. People new to building often don't know how much to spend on a CPU vs GPU to get the best value out of a given build cost.

Watched cop shows

There is also an aspect that people more likely to get caught are also those more likely to have uncleanly homes. People with their shit together slip under the radar much more often. Hell, even being able to stick to 'only commit one crime at a time' is a pretty big deal. Ex: don't have drugs in your car with expired plates. A bunch of people on cop shows get caught for dumb shit like that.

The third person interviewed, the guy with glasses and a backpack, looked extremely nervous and seemed to overall be very careful in considering what he says. I have a strong feeling the statements he made were not how he actually feels, but what he feels are safe to say to a camera.

He is also one of the younger people interviewed, which makes me wonder if such statements from others interviewed just have a more well practiced veneer on them, or if the others have built up significantly more apathy over the years.

The teacher at the end was probably the most forward. Which was a very welcome difference from the rest.

Yep. And phone typing is the 'hunt and peck' method of keyboard typing. Which is unfortunate because it's ingraining the slowest way to type onto a whole generation.

That is nice to hear. Currently they only have a few models with even hybrid offerings. Seems silly to not at least offer hybrids across the line.

We have those IRL as well, condos and townhouses. Many people choose to go for those.

Honestly, given how annoying the alternatives are, I would say just buy a USB drive and put the bios file on there. You can get very good ones for under $20 and almost free ones if you don't mind having an old tiny one.

The modern tactical nuke is as strong as what the US dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. People have this idea that a tactical nuke is 'small', but what is really the case is they are full sized nukes, and strategic nukes are simply larger. From a MAD perspective, there is no reason why dropping a nuke the strength of what was dropped on Hiroshima or Nagasaki would somehow be notably different than a larger nuke.

Best we got is a new Skyrim version. What do you mean you don't want to buy the game you already own again? We made 20 different versions, all just for you to buy!

Supposedly the same tank from a different angle, personally not sure. Either way, a Russian tank exploding:
