Only to point out policy failures, that's in a zip code where there are houses worth over a million USD. That's not to say all the houses are over a million but that's a park behind an elementary school.
I'm sure plenty of other parks in the DFW area are just as, if not more, underserved but also it's pretty rich that the communists had to go clean up a park in the middle of a rich area like that.
