I just buy a pc like 5days ago and I struggle with my fps on some games.

I tried to overclock my cpu but it doesn’t word

So i was asking myself : did the cpu bottleneck the gpu or something, and if it doesn't, can someone telle me what to do ? I got a i5-12400f / RTX 4060 / 16gb ram (1 ram)
