Kbin is way better than Lemmy, Lemmy just happens to be more mainstream and kbin to have server problems.

Unpopular opinion, but karma helped control that kind of stuff, karma minimums and such.

Meh, hate the heat sooooooo much, love fireworks, kinda dislike Christmas (is summer in chile) and loooooove the beach, hate forest fires and the drought... but as to struggle? meh.

I like national holidays here in chile (18 of September) vacation time, many excuses to eat tasty and is in spring.

100% team winter tough.

r and c chile(@feddit.cl) has a weekly random megathread that is trully one of the best places on the internet in my opinion.

Can we have a weekly random megathread as well?

It did a time ago btw, because Lemmy.world don't gatekeep enough.

If you don't know Beehaw.org defederated from us but communities from there that have a copy on this instance are still visible to Us and we can post on them, they can't see what we post or comment on those, and we can't see what they post and comment over there.

they are gost communities hosted on this sv because how Lemmy works, and my question is what will be done about them.

As long there are no invasive data collection and such, I really wouldn't mind having some ads if that means making instances having more resources to grow and sustain them selves.
