Maybe the dongle or the expansion card are broken? Have you tried the dongle with another device? Does the expansion card work reliably with other usb devices?

It will be given to neighbours or they'll try again the next day. I think if they are unsuccessful for multiple days they'll call you to arange something. You can also just call the fedex helpline and you can pick it up at the nearest facility. That facility might be very far though.

Very likely not. Batch 5 hasn't even got all payments charged according to the forum. So if they keep up the pace it probably takes ~2weeks until they take payment and ship it. They probably send out the prep mails a bit earlier to have enough time to handle change requests.

But, still you should make sure your card is able to be charged within 3 days. Everything else could just lead to some delays and hustles.

According to the forum most of batch 5 is still waiting for the shipping notification. But it's all perfectly in time isn't it? They say 1-3 weeks from the prep mail, so that is until november 23. And in the payment complete mail they also day within a few business days. I mean I really feel you, I have the exact same situation, but this is nothing out of the ordinary. And about the batch 7 prep mail, I'm pretty sure they are sending those out a bit earlier, due to their current support state. They need the time to handle change requests.
