Research shows a strong link between retained primitive reflexes and symptoms of ADHD like fidgeting and an inability to concentrate. Reflexes are unconscious muscle movements that happen in response to certain stimuli. For instance, if you touch a hot stove, your body jerks your hand away automatically.

Potatoes are a great staple food, and those are good size cubes for your taters. Don't be shy to cranking the heat up on those bad boys, get them a little brown and you'll have more texture/flavor. Or broil them for a minute if you have an oven.

You can get more nutrients and flavor with onion and peppers, which you can use on both the eggs and potatoes.

Durban Poison is high in THCv which is a cannabinoid that acts like a stimulant, and it does effect people with ADHD similarly.

Today, hemp farmers are growing THCv and CBDv dominant strains, such as Forbidden V, Eraser V and fruit sourz.

Put it over the oven when done to protect it from debris and limit smell.

I have hundreds of games in steam. Some had poor or broken play with games Windows users play together without issues.

I think this community is a bit defensive. I have hundreds of games in my steam library that I play. A large number with multiplayer, I have had issues with my windows friends.

Most recently the pain in the ass games have been AoE4, and BeamMP. AoE4 crashes in muliplayer, there is a patch for that crash on protondb, but it seems I'm also impacted by an AMD related bug that happens intermittently and will restart X at a random times specifically due to playing AoE4. Tried various kernels and video cards, still crashes.

BeamMP, looks like a lot of people have this issue, some have been able to resolve it.

Civ6 used to have stability issues, the Linux client is a joke, I use the proton version because it's more stable.

We're gonna act like Bronze doesn't mean broken sometimes? Okay.

This is the sort of honest discourse we should be having in the community. The recent advances are nothing short of amazing, and I can play tons of great games with my windows friends, but there are some games, that left me, and sometimes them with terrible experiences.

Nothing like investing over an hour into a game with friends only to crash due to some Linux specific issue.

Ummm, I say that because I'm the friend in the friend group where the games don't work sometimes, and I'm not going to pretend like that isn't the case simply because I'm a FOSS advocate.

I own a steam deck, I have decades of experience with Linux as a Desktop, server, and even some years doing game development, so it's not for a lack of effort.

It's undoubtedly a fact that some mainstream games don't work at all, or well enough that you'll play seamlessly with your windows friends. Even protondb admits hundreds of outright borked games. Being dishonest about this does more harm than good.

It's amazing what Steam, Valve, AMD, etc, have done recently for Linux gaming, but it's not the YotLD yet.

Both are cocobolo wood pieces from azzwood customs.

The stem is specifically made for the revolve by mad heaters, essentially combining two vapes.

I have a mini shower head diffuser bong, and it's alright, but I heard a recyclers is better at preserving flavor. Does anyone have suggestions for where to find a good looking recycler for dry herb vaping that doesn't break the bank?

Been using the Brilliant Cut Grinder as my main driver recently.

My humble start to vaping. I outgrew this device pretty quickly, but it's not bad for $100, and it showed me a better world than combustion.

And for that, I'm thankful.

I own 3 grinders, a cheapo off Etsy that's inefficient and gets gunked up quickly, a BCG and. Flower Mill.

To my own surprise, I end up using the Flower Mill the most. I bought it because I was skeptical.

I'm gonna be honest. The feeling you get from the Flower Mill when the magnet gentle pulls the flower in as you roll it around os EXTREMELY satisfying. Endorphin rush.

BCG is a champ obviously and can cut through anything, but it's ripping your herb vs rolling.

I haven't don't any bro science experiments to see while smokes better. I imagine with less of a fine grind I'm missing out on a little, but it is worth it.

Mighty+ is a great session vape if you want to kill a few bowls back to back while watching a video or something.

I usually use it with type 3 and 4 bud.

Glass mouthpiece from Vgoodiez.

TM2 with a GVB J hook stem with a vgoodiez mouthpiece. Cools extremely well, and makes me feel like Gandalf.

Only complaint is that it gets hot at the bend, but that's expected. The real G move would be a U hook, but I don't know if I'm that showy.

Have had a few sessions with it so far, I love how well the ceramic holds the heat, and I was surprised by how well the stock cooling worked. It's the only vape in my collection I currently prefer to hit dry.

It is a smaller form factor than my TM2, but can deliver just as much of a punch. However, I'm not sure my technique is quite right yet, because I'm ripping through battery a lot faster with the Firewood than the tinymight.

The wood adds a slight flavor, but it's complementary, and I enjoy it. The capsules are okay, not as easy to manage as some other vapes, but does make my loading/unloading ritual a little easier. There is a new bowl option I may try when the parts become available again.

TM2 is still my primary DD, but this vape fills a specific niche and makes for a great show piece.

How do you prefer to isolate?

This bad boy is a legend and a champ.
