That's got to be the softest penalty ever. The Fulham player basically fell over the ball when the Wolves player had his foot on the other side stopping the ball. How has VAR missed that??

How in the name of fuck is that a penalty? Its obvious that the whole system is a total failure as the officials are incapible of implementing it properly.

Its either a case of: a. Gross incompetence. b. A refusal to overrule their refereeing colleagues. c. Pure corruption.
