I am upgrading my Mac mini, so I will be using my old one as an addition to my HAN. Should I keep using the same Apple ID or create a new one? (alien.top)

If you use the same AppleID, you get to keep all the apps you bought.

I have six (?) Macs/phones all using the same ID.

This isn't always the answer. There are people who need to use macOS because, e.g., they need to build macOS apps. Even simple building tools such as Python's setuptools or py2app requires you to be on Mac in order to build for Mac.
