Bear in mind Windows 10 will no longer be supported by 2025. It's probably better to just get Windows 11 thinking ahead.

Give competitors' recommendations only where appropriate. If a user asks for Intel only (i.e. i5-12600k vs i5-13400?) recommendations, do not reply with non-Intel recommendations. Commenting on a build pic saying they should have gone AMD/Nvidia is also inappropriate, don't be rude. Let people enjoy things.

CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.
Yeah I was came to say the exact same thing, you'll have to (or should) update by then anyway. So just install it now so you aren't moving to a newer os later on, just get it over with now.
He is wrong.
Neowin did benchmarks for you

I use win 10 with 13600k.
No issues.
Can’t speak to performance vs win 11.
The CPU is so beyond minimum requirements.. which OS version you use should not affect performance that a human can notice at all.
13th gen should be used with windows 11 as it is more optimized for 13th gen, both os are equally fast/slow depending on how you use them. 11 is just a little bit more demanding and bloated but nothing wrong with that you can debloat and turn off some background processes... But hey you have 13600K that PC will be butter smooth no matter what you have on it.
Windows 11 is better for 12th gen and up. Literally better gaming performance
Most CPUs i5 and better have no problems running any app, the amount of ram plays a more important roll than the CPU if you have an i5 or better
I have 32gb 6000mhz
YES, big brains here-
