Yes and yes. Carlo has shown he is effective no matter what players you sign for him. He is not a stickler for a system and he is not stubborn about signings. That makes it great for Real and Flo. Also he has become better at using la Fábrica.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

He is insanely good at adapting the squad to what is available.

We have the most goals in league without a number 9. And least goals conceded without our two best defensive players in Tibo and Militao.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Joselu isn’t a 9? He scored 16 goals last season playing for Espanyol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

He seems tailor-made to be at RM; never complains about signings, makes do with what he is given, and is a great man-manager.

His biggest issue last time was that he didn't make use of La Fabrica enough. This time he doesn't have nearly the amount of prime star-power at his disposal so he's rotating a lot more.

brazil are gonna get mourinho and they're gonna like it

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Mourinho in that Brazil team is definitely going to be insane

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Honestly Mourinho might not be a bad fit for them. You're usually not going to win international tournaments with elaborate tactics. And similar to Ancelotti or Deschamps, he's a pragmatic manager who can give a team like Brazil a simple enough system and let individual quality do the rest.

Diniz has a fascinating approach but it's simply not going to work with the limited time a national team spends together, and certainly not with players ingrained with the "European playstyle".

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Ancelotti has elaborate tactics ? lol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (2 children)

He says the opposite but yes, Carlo has very elaborate tactics and not only that, he has very versatile tactics like the Rüdiger LB out Liverpool tactics (can't find the link, has been a chore ever since the push shift fiasco; suggestions welcome).

Much like Zizou, a 4 time Champions League winning manager is somehow an extremely underrated tactician.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

deaia or batut recordu Chelsea pentru goluri in 2009? Gen, pana la el, ce le zicea Mourinho la jucatori, sa marcheze mai putin?

Esti prost gramada baiatule, gen stii 0 fotbal

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Mourinho's defensive tactics + Brazil's lethal attack = all the trophies.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (2 children)

Brazil lacks defensive depth. Apart from Marquinhos they are really poor on talent.

Mourinho “challenge accepted

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Militao isn’t often injured.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Bremer and Gabriel Magalhães with Casemiro in front are good enough.

Brazil is missing some talent in the midfield and sidebacks though.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Brazil is missing some talent in the midfield and sidebacks though.

Heavily disagree on this. Douglas Luiz, Bruno Guimarães, André, and Lucas Paqueta off the top of my head should be good enough

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

The base of the midfield is good with Casemiro, Bruno, André, Douglas Luiz...

But Lucas Paquetá is the only quality player we have to play in between defense and attack.

Without him, Diniz is playing with 4 attackers, and it's obviously not working.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

lol what lethal attack?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Mou press conferences + Brazilian ability to shit talk = End of the world

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

They have no midfield tho and full backs.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

everybody get your Mourinho fancam ready

Just saw Rolfes have a boner at the pharmacy parking lot.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

If it lasts for more than 4 hours he'll need to see a doctor.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (2 children)

Militao, Vini and Rodrygo have exactly one month to save their NT.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Except they care more about Madrid than the national team, especially Vini.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

It came to him in a dream

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Vini and Militao are trying their best. Only Rodrygo didn't get the memo

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

The Brazilian team will be in awe

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (2 children)

An extension would take Ancelotti to 2026... the same year that Klopp's contract ends.

Could be a battle royal to get Xabi Alonso if he hasn't already taken another job by then.

I love your bear documentary.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

I really don’t think Xabi would choose any team over Real if Real offered him the job

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Brazil failing to qualify for World Cup would be the funniest timeline (I know they will qualify anyway let me dream)

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Todd gonna try to get Alonso now

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

They'll just throw a lifetime mentos package and it's done

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

My beloved club de futbol is finito if Ancelotti stays beyond this season it will show utter lack of ambition to be among top clubs of Europe, Man City, Bayern, PSG etc none of them will be looking to hire Ancelotti if he was to be available. RM should hire a coach who can make them play aggressive attacking football.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

He is a top 3 coach in the world imagine having a guy like Xavi as a manager.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Let's face it, apart from guys like Ancelotti or Mourinho, guys with plenty of accolades who can face this as a once-up-on-a-time challenge, it will be difficult for Brazil to attract an up-and-coming talented coach. There is no way guys coaching in Europe, experiencing an ascending phase, being able to jeopardize their career while coaching a squad that simply lacks the talent from past years, and has enormous pressure to win it all. Tough job for CBF federation.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Brazil rn: 🤡

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Wait... I thought he already signed on for Brazil after this season?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Anything to keep Alonso away from Madrid please please

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Well hopefully Alonso stays at Bayer Leverkusen until Ancelotti leaves us.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

PLEASE PLEASE be true

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

That is how Real Madrid pays Brazil for all the titles our players gave to them...

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Your best option is to leave the RM. They fire all their coaches

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Subscribe.

Long live Don Carlo, the most ideal coach for Real Madrid.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

I don’t know about two years. 1 year sure but ancelotti hasn’t been very convincing if you ask me. Last season real should have won the league easy with how shit Barca is and they somehow let it slip. If he gets a double this season and starts performing against Barca then I can see it but otherwise I think they should prepare for Xabi Alsonso
