CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

How does the intel xmp system work/will it work with my ram? (alien.top)

So if i have 4x16 of 1.45v ram and pcpartpicker says my i9 14900k recommends a max of 1.35v if i enable xmp will it drop my ram down to the recommended 1.35v? Will i need to OC my 14900k to get the ram to run right? Or is there no hope for 4x16 at 7200mt?

There is zero hope for 7200mt and 4 sticks. You will be lucky to hit 6000 with 4 single rank sticks. 5200 for 4 dual rank sticks.

So is there a way to underclock it to run at the 1.35v it also says on pcpartpicker that the cpu can handle +5% so 1417.5mv 32.5mv isnt that big of a deal is it?
