I'm also effected by this
Framework
Discussion around the Framework mission of building products that last longer by making them upgradeable, customizable, and repairable. Consumer electronics can be better for you and for the environment.
My Intel 12th gen (forgot which batch) got stuck in AK for nearly a week because of a clearance problem. Framework got it sorted out, it will just take some extra time.
I'm batch 7 but delivery to Canada. It succesfully passed Anchorage without issue yesterday and was sent to Memphis and now it's in Winnipeg.
Batch 7 checking in, also stuck in Alaska!
Mine has also been listed as "clearance delay" in Anchorage since yesterday.
It's standard. Framework monitors it.
I spoke to FedEx - they are missing the commercial invoice for a shipping container of Framework laptops and have contacted framework. The person on the phone said they expect the invoice in a few business days. If you call, tell the agent to check IPD system for updates. The first two agents I talked to didn't do this so the call took forever.
Thanks for calling! Did yours get another clearance delay after being cleared yesterday? Mine is still stuck in Anchorage, and I'm wondering if it happened to everyone or just some of us.
Also batch 7 and affected. I guess I'm just going to have to be patient, but it's not easy!
I had the same warning on tracking info when my batch 1 order was shipped. Give it a few days, Framework will take over the paperwork and it'll be on its way again.
Appreciate you making this thread
looks like the pallet got cleared today 8:05AM! Lets go!
