Can’t say it wasn’t inevitable but I feel like he righted some of the worst wrongs in the team. Still a long way up tho

He's left the squad in a far better position than where he found it.

Herve Renard next please 🤞

These platitudes are hilariously baseless. He's done nothing. How are we in a better position? Every single manager before him has capped young players, too.

Thank fuck.

Not surprising. In terms of moving the team away from dinosaur football, he's done a good job. But results left a lot to be desired. There's something there for the next manager to work with at least. Would be on brand for the FAI to fuck it all out the window and bring in some dinosaur though.

He just wasn’t good enough at the end of the day

Lee Carsley would be the best choice but I imagine he'd cost a big sum to extract from England U21 job.

Do think the Ireland job is a poison chalice at this point. Squad is a shambles and I do mean that with no disrespect. Kenny did play some great stuff at times but the results seemed like they were never gonna come. I think he’ll go back to LOI.

Righted some wrongs from previous managers in terms of style of play, but had to go. Now we just hope to get someone to keep us on this path (I have no faith in the FAI to do this)

Fell to my knees in Dunnes when I heard the news.
