Im getting a monitor for christmas and I was wondering can a 10th Gen Core I5 1035G1 and Intel UHD Graphics 770 run 165 hz and 1440p monitor?

You should be doing more research. This is a very bad idea. Save your money.

If your laptop's port is capable of it, yes. Your iGPU is capable of it, but some laptops are saddled with only an HDMI 1.4 port. If you have such a laptop, you will need to run the monitor at a lower refresh rate.

If you plan on playing games then no. But for browsing or watching videos it's capable.

probably not, my monitor when using HDMI2.0 is limited to 100hz 3440x1440, DP1.4 supports 1440p high refresh rates
