I agree with the article. We want less bombs and less deaths. That means supplying Ukraine with better weapons than cluster bombs.
Putin needs to be defeated.

Who is "We"? Better weapons mean less civilian casualties, I'm not following what you're insinuating, please elaborate.
Cluster bombs, like landmines, aren't generally used because they kill civilians.
