Could I use this to build a OMV Nas?

I saw this on Amazon for what seems like a very reasonable price. I looked it up and it seems like it has 4 Sata ports on the motherboard. Is this something I could install a bunch of 12TB drives into and use an an openmediavault NAS?

OEM workstations never seem to have enough 3.5 mounts but it's a start
