I'm conflicted. I love the reference and the movie. But Reddit is a dirty pirate hooker.

I've always thought Boba was Russian roulette for aspiration. It's a fad I'll never comprehend.

Isn't chewing it half the fun of boba?

I have inhaled boba before, it was uncomfortable. I've liked Thai milk tea with boba for quite a long time, before it became so popular. Definitely not a fad for me, it's just a delicious dessert drink.

I imagine it would be a bit time-consuming to completely saturate giant boba with water. The small ones take 40-140 mins to get just right, and I doubt many would make an exaggeratedly huge batch like the pic in order to have many spares to test for cronch.

Dammit this is unsettling. My trypophobia is tingling.

I get milk tea without tapioca often when I go to bubble tea shops. Sometimes I opt for Taro instead.

Does the "mr" there stand for "my rear end"?
