So I've posted about the problem I've been facing earlier, in regards to my 5200 mhz ddr5 (4x32gb = 128gb) kit only showing 2000 mhz run speed on my 14900k.

The XMP profile is currently set to 'auto'.

I've seen most people say that you can run 4 slots safely at 4800 mhz.

But I'm pretty rusty when it comes to XMP profiles, so I'm wondering whether there's any reason why I shouldn't set the XMP to 'Profile 2' which looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/diy1oXc.jpg

I.e. is there any risk or damage I could do?

Worst case, it won't post and then you have to reset your bios.
