special player. Was a joy to watch during his short spell at Wycombe and he's great to see him going from strength to strength with Palace. I do think his long-term future lies elsewhere, but it's great to see him commit his immediate future to a great club that'll allow him to have some freedom to express himself on the pitch and likely get them a huge fee in time.

Strange Olise and Eze signed new contracts...could easily play Champions League football.

Protecting their value for the club. If they are good enough, big clubs will pay for them, if not then they secure a good contract with palace.

Don’t get why Southgate didn’t call him up for England

Eze and Olise following Zaha's footstep in throwing away their careers

You mean like how Zaha got his move to a big club early and your club categorically failed him?

Then playing eight seasons as the star man at his boyhood club, becoming our best ever player, then getting his move with no hard feelings and finally getting to play in the CL, then scoring and beating Man United at Old Trafford?

Nah mate totally threw away his career because he didn't play for one of the big six.
