Typical forward's tackle. Deserved red though.
Football / Soccer / Calcio / Futebol / Fußball
Idiot.
Lads we can start party a bit earlier
I knew it was going too well.
How is it a computer game to look at a clear red card and administer it?
Complete bs, clearly looking at the ball.
In no world is that a red to anyone who has actually kicked a ball before.
Var when utd do anything:
🤬🤬🤬
Man like yeah that's dangerous and if you watch it in slowmo on a computer screen it's probably a red but like...that shouldn't be a red card
it hurts to watch it.
Wasnt his intend but i agree to show red.
That’s unfortunate. Is relatively consistent with what’s normally given in fairness
He’s not meant to do it but like they said it doesn’t really matter when his ankle could’ve snapped from that
No intent to do that to the player...
United get all the decisions sure
I mean what do you want from the ref there
Ouch. Looks painful in freeze frame.
Things were finally looking up for United and then he goes and does this...
Ten Hag must be fuming
Straight red. Absolute correct there.
They compared this guy with leao😭😭😭
Tried to protect the ball and completely missed. Horrible contact with his leg. Clear red
Unfortunate but definitely a red.
Just when we're having a good game as well. Classic
Just so so unlucky but probably a red yeah
That’s very harsh
LOL THIS SPORT IS FUCKING DEAD. Get out of here. Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense. Game is gone.
How can u even pretend to be surprised? Is he dumb?
We were actually playing well as well, just let me enjoy football once please 😭
Obviously not intentional but could have caused serious damage with that.
People saying this is red have never actually played before
Unintentional and unlucky, but the correct call.
Idk.. He just tried making himself big and accidentally stepped on his leg. I know how it looks, but 0 intention and purely unlucky imo
It was a worse tackle than a couple of the others that have been given in the PL this year - no idea why that one commentator is surprised about it? Why are they arguing about if it's vindictive or not - it's obviously dangerous and lazy, even if not vindictive?
Bad luck, he's trying to step across to shield the ball but got it wrong. Red the correct call even if there's no intent
These refs should play a game of football for once. At least the people making the rules. If his happens every week nowadays without the opposing team even asking for the red card, maybe something is wrong with the rule.
He tries to make himself big and doesn't even see the foot when stamping on his ankle. Just idiotic stuff completely against the spirit of the game.
Really weird one. Didn’t really look intentional but his foot was so far wide for some reason and it was very reckless, that could have ended really badly.
Knew that scoring 2 goals had to have a downside
ffs he tracked back once since the start of this season and he got a red card
Reds like this are the stupidest thing ever, you're sent off for being unlucky... Might as well roll a lottery wheel before the game and send off random people... He was already stepping before the Copenhagen player stuck his foot there, what can he do? Sure it might be a red by the rules, but maybe we haven't figured out the rules.
I honestly don’t agree with that, it’s nasty but there have to be some mitigations for the fact he’s coming from behind. There has to be some allowances for legitimate football actions that result in things like that.
No intent and he was in control. Seems harsh to me.
No intent == No red card
Clear red! He literally looks and then almost breaks the kids leg.
You gotta be redder than the devils dick not to see that
That looks awful, but feel like the Copenhagen player has put his leg under Rashfords, he hasnt even tried to tackle. Just protecting the ball - but also lucky he’s not broke his leg. Pretty conflicting
most of you guys have never played football of u think thats a red,
You have to be so shit at your job to make this call, the level of incompetence is unreal
Very unlucky, but still a red card.
Same reasoning as Romero. He doesn't intend to try and injure, however, he ends up risking that. Not as bad as Romero obviously, but still.
Man Utd have had sooooo many bad calls against them this year. It is tough to watch.
Yet Bruno G was ignored for an even worst slap on the back of Jorginho’a head!
Clearly accidental, but not much choice for the ref.
